This is a slow-burn movement experience inspired by R&B music and the beauty of fluid, intentional motion.
We focus on slinky transitions, grounded presence, and finding pleasure in how your body moves without the pressure of performance.
Come explore rhythm, flow, and self-expression in a supportive, inclusive space.
No prior dance experience is needed.
All bodies, identities, and movement backgrounds are welcome.
Wear shoes if you want to!

Burlesque Fundamentals

This class is the building blocks to burlesque dancing!
Come learn how to bump, grind, shimmy, shake and walk with us!
Weekly exercises and dance choreographies will be taught.
We highly recommend this class if you are planning to perform, improve dance technique, or simply to build up confidence in everyday life!

Fan dancing is a popular prop in the art of tease. In this flirtatious class you will learn the style, elegance and sexy side of fans with a variety of poses, combos and proper handling techniques.
Fans will be provided. We encourage those who own their own pair to bring them to class.
Collaborative Choreo

This class is our funnest and most challenging class of the year!
You will learn how to create choreography on the fly.
But dont worry you're not doing this alone. We do it as a group!
Every week is a different theme/style/music/era.
Appropriate characterization will help you better execute your performance!
