2. BURLESQUE SURVIVAL SKILLS WITH ARABELLA BOOP 3-4 pm

^{I train you to train for the worst so every performance is the best!} Take away the element of fear and embrace it!

^{This class not only addresses technical issues, but also gives performers inspiration on how to deal with rogue audience members and various venues including floor shows and improvisation.}

This class is the building blocks to burlesque dancing! Come learn how to bump, grind, shimmy, shake and walk with us! Weekly exercises and dance choreographies will be taught. We highly recommend this class if you are planning to perform, improve dance technique, or simply to build up confidence in everyday life!

You will learn proper muscles stretching techniques and develop skills that will help you achieve some staple moves with burlesque performance such as backbends and splits.

This class is great for performers and everyday life.

Slide, sink and slink during our floor work classes. Learn to exude your inner sensuality through tight choreography, sensual moves and presence.

Class open to all skill levels. Alternate floor work moves will be offered as required.

This class has everything you need to build your solo!

Knowing and understanding composition of a solo act is key for a successful choreo!

Accurate characterization will help you better execute your solo performance. Learning how to create choreography for your act from scratch can be frustrating, so we're doing it as a group.

A song chosen by your instructor is broken down in detail, learn to create step by step moves and choreo in the chosen character/style of music. Come challenge your mind and dance skills during collaborative choreo.
